TNFAIP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEK, CD48, and TNFSF14. Each is linked with TNFAIP8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFAIP8 versus PLEK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
