TNFAIP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMTA1-AS2, MIR3945, and MIR1256. Each is linked with TNFAIP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAMTA1-AS2 grouped by TNFAIP8-low versus TNFAIP8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
