Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,275 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFAIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB4P11, KLHDC7B, and NCF1C. Each is linked with TNFAIP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
