Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFAIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,971 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lactose metabolic process, Vertebrate eye-specific patterning, and Exocyst localization. Each is linked with TNFAIP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP2 results are reported.
