The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TNF Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
