TNF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,110 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8L2, MYO1G, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with TNF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNF-to-partner and partner-to-TNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNF versus TNFAIP8L2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
