Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1077P, MIR4684, and DPPA5P1. Each is linked with TNF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNF-to-partner and partner-to-TNF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1077P grouped by TNF-low versus TNF-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
