Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMX3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMX3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TMX3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where TMX3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
