TMX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,762 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, VPS4B, and SMAD2. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX3 versus SMAD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
