TMX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,379 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1, MBD2, and TXNL4A. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX3 versus HAUS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
