TMX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMAN1, LMF2, and NCLN. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX3 versus LMAN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
