TMX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TMX3-low versus TMX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
