Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,143 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMAN1, RTTN, and KDSR. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX3 versus LMAN1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
