Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,389 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Microtubule organizing center organization, and DNA damage tolerance. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.
