TMX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMX3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,320 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT77, SLCO1B3, and RAB35. Each is linked with TMX3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX3-to-partner and partner-to-TMX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT77 grouped by TMX3-low versus TMX3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
