TMX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,738 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POPDC2, STARD8, and ZEB2. Each is linked with TMX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX2-to-partner and partner-to-TMX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
