TMX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,181 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, AKT1, and MTA1. Each is linked with TMX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX1-to-partner and partner-to-TMX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX1 versus MTHFD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
