TMX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, FKBP3, and PSMC6. Each is linked with TMX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX1-to-partner and partner-to-TMX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX1 versus CDKN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
