TMX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PDCD4, and eEF2. Each is linked with TMX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX1-to-partner and partner-to-TMX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TMX1-low versus TMX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
