Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A and ACSM6. Each is linked with TMX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX1-to-partner and partner-to-TMX1 results are reported.
