TMUB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMUB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,089 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMUB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHB, DGUOK, and MOB1A. Each is linked with TMUB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMUB2-to-partner and partner-to-TMUB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMUB2 versus PHB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
