TMTC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,391 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4A, ZMYM2, and TRIM2. Each is linked with TMTC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC4-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMTC4 versus CUL4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
