The most reproducible TMTC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYSLTR1_S326, MANBAL, and ST6GAL1. Each is linked with TMTC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC3 results are reported.
