TMTC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP4, GPX8, and PTHLH. Each is linked with TMTC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMTC3 versus CKAP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
