TMTC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,332 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, MELK, and RRP12. Each is linked with TMTC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by TMTC3-low versus TMTC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
