TMTC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMTC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC60, C1orf146, and TAS2R41. Each is linked with TMTC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC60 grouped by TMTC3-low versus TMTC3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
