TMTC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,934 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP4, DTNB, and NOP58. Each is linked with TMTC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMTC2 versus PKP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
