TMTC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,274 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM245, ALG2, and ISCA1. Each is linked with TMTC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMTC2 versus TMEM245 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
