Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMTC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,861 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament-based transport, Regulation of cell communication by electrical coupling, and Glycerophospholipid metabolic process. Each is linked with TMTC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC2 results are reported.
