TMTC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMTC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 578 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPSL, RPL10L, and ITIH3. Each is linked with TMTC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAPSL grouped by TMTC2-low versus TMTC2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
