TMTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TMTC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by TMTC1-low versus TMTC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
