Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,402 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds, Cellular respiration, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with TMTC1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC1 results are reported.
