The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TMSB15A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMSB15A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where TMSB15A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
