Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,938 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, ZNF462_S2172, and NXF1. Each is linked with TMPRSS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS9-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS9 results are reported.
