Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMPRSS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TMPRSS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS9-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TMPRSS9-low versus TMPRSS9-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
