Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,802 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of striated muscle contraction, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with TMPRSS9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS9-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS9 results are reported.
