Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,132 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor metabolic process, Membrane lipid metabolic process, and Lipoprotein biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TMPRSS7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS7-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS7 results are reported.
