TMPRSS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KXD1, WDR18, and RNF126. Each is linked with TMPRSS7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS7-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KXD1 grouped by TMPRSS7-low versus TMPRSS7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
