Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 445 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF17, OR8B4, and OR4X2. Each is linked with TMPRSS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS7-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS7 results are reported.
