TMPRSS5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT2A1, BCAT2, and WRAP73. Each is linked with TMPRSS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS5-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS5 versus SULT2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
