TMPRSS4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,683 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HABP4, SMIM35, and PITX1. Each is linked with TMPRSS4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS4-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS4 versus HABP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
