TMPRSS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,947 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2F2, HDAC2, and MZT1. Each is linked with TMPRSS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS4-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2F2 grouped by TMPRSS4-low versus TMPRSS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
