Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,762 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of inner ear receptor cell differentiation, Regulation of mechanoreceptor differentiation, and Positive regulation of iron ion transport. Each is linked with TMPRSS4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS4-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS4 results are reported.
