TMPRSS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, Annexin-1, and Bim. Each is linked with TMPRSS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS3-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by TMPRSS3-low versus TMPRSS3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
