Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,761 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with TMPRSS3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS3-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS3 results are reported.
