TMPRSS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,468 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC37A1, RIPK4, and PTK6. Each is linked with TMPRSS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS2-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
