TMPRSS15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Mre11. Each is linked with TMPRSS15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS15-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TMPRSS15-low versus TMPRSS15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
