TMPRSS15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF1, USP17L17, and DPPA3. Each is linked with TMPRSS15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS15-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF1 grouped by TMPRSS15-low versus TMPRSS15-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
