TMPRSS13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,403 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf174, CCNT2-AS1, and ZNF2. Each is linked with TMPRSS13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS13-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS13 versus C1orf174 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
