TMPRSS13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TMPRSS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS13-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by TMPRSS13-low versus TMPRSS13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
